ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK
The Sleepy Hollow Haunted Scream Park is filled with a variety of surfaces and terrain that can be demanding at times. You may encounter mud, dirt, gravel, wood chips, stairs, sand, water, wood, straw, latex and more which may cause damages to clothes, shoes, personal belongings and possible injury from falls while participating in the haunted attractions. At times the path is tricky and may have obstacles. If you do not have proper footwear we advise that you get proper footwear (low-heeled, enclosed toe shoe or boot) before participating. If you chose to enter a haunted attraction without proper footwear and clothing, you do so at your own risk, and release and hold harmless Sleepy Hollow, it’s employees and agents from any liability. If you decide to wait until you have proper attire, you may return on a Thursday or Sunday and use your tickets then.
